So...uh during gym I hurt my spine, wrists, ankles, shoulders and neck. I almost snapped my neck and I have contusions all along my spine (Popped blood vessels) Im going to the doctors soon, I wont be on for a bit. Im gonna rest. But I'll try to get on soon.
