►Troutkit was born into RiverClan by his mother, Ashentrail. His proud father, Jaggedrock, had been prideful for having Troutkit, boasting that he looks like a born leader.

►Troutkit proved to be quite the little leader, usually watching over the Nursery and 'protecting' the Queens from intruders such as the fathers of kits or visitors.

►His father had visited him everyday, teaching him new things and telling him to never give up. he then met Jaykit.

►Jaykit and Troutkit had instantly became best friends, and vowed to make one the deputy if the other became leader. They joined forces to protect the nursery.

►One night, the two were just heading in to go to sleep when the warriors yowled an alarm. ShadowClan had attacked.

►The other queens and kits within the nursery were asleep or didn't hear, so the two kits quickly threw themselves at them, waking them all up and warning them.

►The queens managed to get their kits to a safe place right when a warrior appeared in the entrance. Two queens had flanked his sides and attacked, taking him by surprise.

►As ShadowClan retreated, RiverClan yowled in victory, but lost Jaggedrock, Troutkit's father.

►Though Jaggedrock passed away, the leader had made Troutkit and Jaykit as apprentices. they got their new names; Jaypaw and Troutpaw.

►The two worked hard, and proved to be quite powerful. The leader was quite impressed, and Ashentrail had happily explained difficult things to the two as they grew.

►A border skirmish with ShadowClan and the two attended, fighting off a warrior together.

►Proving to be skilled and old enough, the two got their warrior names. Jaysong and Troutsplash.

►As they sit vigil and when morning comes, Jaysong confesses her love to Troutsplash.

►Accepting, Troutsplash and Jaysong becomes mates and tells the clan.

►On a patrol, the two separated from the group to check the abandoned trail no cats usually took from their clan.

►They run into a large rogue and Jaysong gets struck, falling down.

►Seeing her move slightly in pain, he charged at the rogue, throwing wild blows.

►The rogue threw him away from him, and saw Jaysong as his weakness..

►He snaps down on her neck, putting pressure as she chokes. Troutsplash yowls in pure rage and horror

►With a hard shove, he throws the rogue off of her and he flees, leaving him alone with his dying mate.

►She asks for him to end her life quickly, so she doesn't need to suffer. He refuses, but she said it was her last wish.

►He finally accepts it and presses his fangs within her neck, ending her life. The patrol comes in as he does so, and sees him. Enraged, they hiss and yowl at him, chasing him away from his dead mate. He cries for them to stop.

►They chase him out of the territory and reported this to the leader as betrayal, and the leader deems him exiled.

►He becomes a rogue and wanders through the territory to find a small home where he can live in peace and isolation. Renames himself as Smokey to hide his past.



Cʜᴀᴘᴛᴇʀ IV

► Always just getting out of the way of the clans, he's finally caught by a ThunderClan patrol. They knew him as the rogue whom's scent they could never find.

► After arguing with one of their warriors, Sootfall, the leader finally steps in.

► As they converse, she mistakes him as a RiverClan cat due to his stale scent of fish and his appearance.

► He denies this but says he knows he's messing with the leverage of prey their clan catches. He offers to help them in exchange to stay in their camp until the flood is over.

►He becomes very hardworking, going out hunting for them but fails to bring back a lot. He thinks about resorting to fishing.

►Alongside the river he hears a yowl. The warrior, Sootfall, had fallen into the raging flood.

► Without thinking, his warrior-like personality returns as he mindlessly jumps in after her, not thinking twice.

► Grabbing her, he pushes her ashore when Swanstar and Viperstrike arrive. Swanstar pulls her up the rest of the way.

► As Smokey slowly gets swept away, Viperstrike jumps in for him, only to disappear under the currents.

► Smokey goes in after him, losing energy and becoming numb. Finally reaching the limp body, he pulls him onto a mossy stone in the middle of the river.

►He becomes tired and numb, and can't pull him to shore. As he sees a glint of light, it's the sight of Jaysong. He couldn't help but lay his head down, but she encouraged him to pull through this.

►Swanstar, risking herself getting swept away, crossing a shallow end and gets to the rock. They both help Viperstrike get to shore.

► After staying with the clan he becomes freinds with a few members, and Swanstars offers him to stay forever as a warrior.

► She becomes ill and he races to ShadowClan to get their Medicine Cat. Bringing him to the leader, he stays with her while she loses a life.

► She thanks him and asks if he still wants to join. He accepts.

Littlestream- "I love you so much, Mother. I can't take the image of you being disappointed in me. I hope you're still alive and thriving... Please, forgive me."

Jaggedrock- "Thank you for helping me through my rough Kithood... I'm sorry you couldn't see me become an apprentice and warrior, but I'm almost glad you didn't see what I have done. From StarClan, I hope you watch over me with Jaysong."

Jaysong- "I can't ever forgive myself, my love. I never wanted this to happen, and what you made me do killed me inside. No she-cat will ever be as good as you..."

Ashentrail - "Thank you for teaching me all you know. Even though I'm with ThunderClan now, I will still use all of my tactics you taught me to protect this clan. I will never forget RiverClan as my home, and I will never forget you.

Swanstar- "I would never play with your emotions, Swanstar. No matter what anyone says, I know.. that, I would never betray you, nor leave your side unless you want me to. I... I do like you, a lot but.. I can't see you go like Jaysong, but let alone 8 more times. I love you."

Adderfang- "Watch your tongue, kit. Bringing that blind bat in camp was a mistake, because now you'll be more devoted to her than your own clan.

Finchkit- "No matter what anyone says, you have potential in your life; a lot. Keep up the work and probably those legs of yours will suddenly lift you up to fly high in life."

Brushpaw- "I can't thank you enough for caring about me. I don't know where your parents are when you need them, but I will always be here to help you in any situation. Anything you ask of me, I will answer honestly."

Viperstrike- "Haha, you were pretty mouse-brain jumping into that river. But thank you for trying to help."

Maskstar- "Rotten cat."

Ashfeather- "Thanks for coming along to help ThunderClan in their time of need. I saw that you seemed ill, and the newly made wound on you. I hope you heal quick and become strong again."

Littleswan- "Thank you for helping the leader. I wish you safe travels down your path of medicine and saving cats."

Sootfall- "Traitor. I should've let you sink to the bottom of that river."
